Registration Deadline: October 30, 2023, at 8:00 PM (*Recruitment will end early when full capacity is reached.)

Booth Application Guidelines:

1. Booth applicants and their assistant partners must both be at least 18 years old.

2. The official organizers will not sell photography or interaction tickets. Booths in need must issue and sell them independently.

3. Each booth registration fee includes related equipment, construction costs, post-event cleaning, and other expenses

4. Once the booth registration fee is accepted, it is non-refundable. In the event that a creator's participation is canceled after receiving booth acceptance notification, the paid exhibition fee will be used as part of the exhibition's promotional expenses and will not be refunded.

5. Exhibitors are prohibited from transferring the rented booth privately or allowing creators who did not apply during the registration period to participate in the exhibition. In case of a violation, the organizing company reserves the right to immediately reclaim the transferred booth and cease the participation of creators who were not registered from continuing to exhibit. Violators may also be barred from participating in any events organized by the company within two years.

6. In the event that the exhibition is affected by any force majeure factors such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, etc., leading to postponement or a shortened duration, exhibitors may not demand compensation or refunds from the organizer. If the exhibition is canceled, exhibitors will receive a refund after deducting necessary expenses. The organizer is not liable for compensating exhibitors for expenses incurred in planning the exhibition

7. Cosplayers or creators who have engaged in any misconduct in similar activities may be denied admission or have their booth qualification revoked if discovered or reported during this event (observation period is within 60 days prior to the event).
