活動名稱：CosFANS 02 互動&寫真展

報名者均同意遵守下列參加條款與所有相關規定: 

  1. 本人出於自由意志同意參與本次由芬斯塔股份有限公司主辦的CosFANS 02 互動&寫真展(下稱本活動)，並已詳細閱覽本活動相關說明及規定，本人同意承擔本活動可能發生之所有風險與相關責任。

  2. 販售商品：您的攤位販售活動是由您自行組織和經營的。您需要對您販售的實體商品與服務（包括但不限於互動服務、攝影服務、實體寫真書、實體周邊等）的品質、安全性和合法性負責。我們建議您確保您的商品符合本地法律法規標準。

  3. 攤位運作：您需要自行負責管理和運營您的攤位，包括販售、客戶服務和庫存管理等方面。本公司不對您的攤位營運活動負任何責任。

  4. 賠償：如果因您的攤位販售活動導致任何損失、傷害或法律紛爭，您需自行負責解決相關問題，並賠償可能的損失。本公司不負任何責任。

  5. 遵循法律：您必須遵守當地、國家和國際法律法規，並確保您的販售活動不涉及非法商品或行為。如發現任何非法活動，本公司有權要求您立即停止該活動。

  6. 安全：您需要確保您的攤位和販售活動是安全的，以保護參加者和顧客的安全。如有需要，您應提供必要的安全措施和急救措施。

  7. 本人同意芬斯塔股份有限公司(或其他相關單位及人員)僅於公共意外險承保範圍內負損害賠償責任(由主辦單位指定之保險公司進行賠償，詳情請洽官網)，於此範圍外，本人同意免除芬斯塔股份有限公司(或其他相關單位及人員)的損害賠償責任。就本人自身因素造成之人身傷害或財產損失，應自行負擔，不得向芬斯塔股份有限公司(或其他相關單位及人員)請求損害賠償。

  8. 本人同意主辦單位可於活動中拍照或錄影，拍攝的素材有可能被用於CosFANS 02 互動&寫真展未來的宣傳圖片、影片，並被發表在平面、網路、電視或其他媒體平台。

  9. 本人與本人聘僱之助手、共用攤位者均已滿18歲以上，並且了解未滿18歲者不得參展與進行販售。

参加者は以下の参加規約と関連するすべての規定に同意するものとします：

  1. 私は自由意志に基づき、FANSTA Co., Ltd.が主催するCosFANS 02 インタラクティブ＆写真展（以下、「本イベント」と称します）に参加することに同意し、本イベントに関するすべての説明および規定を詳細に読み、本イベントに関連するすべてのリスクおよび関連する責任を負うことに同意します。

  2. 販売商品: あなたのブースでの販売活動は、あなた自身で組織および運営されます。あなたは販売する実物商品およびサービス（対話サービス、写真サービス、実物写真集、実物周辺機器などを含むがこれに限定されません）の品質、安全性、合法性に責任を負う必要があります。私たちはあなたの商品が地元の法律および規制に準拠していることを確認することをお勧めします。

  3. ブースの運営: あなたは自身のブースの管理および運営、販売、顧客対応、在庫管理などに責任を負う必要があります。当社はあなたのブースの運営活動に対していかなる責任も負いません。

  4. 賠償: あなたのブースでの販売活動が損失、傷害、または法的紛争を引き起こす場合、あなたは関連する問題を解決し、損失を補償する責任を負う必要があります。当社は一切の責任を負いません。

  5. 法令遵守: あなたは地元、国内、国際の法律および規制を遵守し、販売活動が違法な商品または行為を含まないことを確保する必要があります。違法な活動が発覚した場合、当社は即座にその活動を停止することを要求する権利を有します。

  6. 安全: あなたはブースと販売活動が安全であり、参加者および顧客の安全を保護するための必要な安全対策と救急処置を提供する必要があります。

  7. 私はFANSTA Co., Ltd.（または関連する団体および個人）が公共の事故保険の範囲内で損害賠償の責任を負うことに同意します（主催者が指定した保険会社が賠償を行います。詳細は公式ウェブサイトで確認できます）。この範囲外では、私はFANSTA Co., Ltd.（または関連する団体および個人）からの損害賠償請求を免除することに同意します。私自身の要因に起因する身体の傷害や財産の損失については、自己負担するものとし、FANSTA Co., Ltd.（または関連する団体および個人）に損害賠償を請求しないことに同意します。

  8. 私は主催者がイベント中に写真や映像を撮影し、その素材が将来のCosFANS 02 インタラクティブ＆写真展の宣伝画像や動画として使用され、印刷物、ウェブ、テレビ、その他のメディアプラットフォームで公開される可能性があることに同意します。

  9. 私自身および私が雇用したアシスタントおよび共同ブースオペレーターは18歳以上であり、未成年者は展示および販売を行うことができないことを理解しています。

Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Event Name: CosFANS 02 Interactive & Photo Exhibition

Date: January 20, 2024, to January 20, 2024

All participants agree to abide by the following participation terms and all related regulations:

  1. I hereby voluntarily agree to participate in the CosFANS 02 Interactive & Photo Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") organized by Finsta Corporation. I have carefully read the event-related explanations and regulations and agree to assume all risks and associated responsibilities that may arise from the Event.

  2. Sale of Merchandise: Your booth's sales activities are organized and operated by you personally. You are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the physical goods and services you sell (including but not limited to interactive services, photography services, physical photo books, physical peripherals, etc.). We recommend that you ensure your products comply with local laws and regulations.

  3. Booth Operation: You are responsible for managing and operating your booth, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. The company accepts no responsibility for your booth operation activities.

  4. Indemnification: If your booth's sales activities result in any loss, injury, or legal disputes, you are responsible for resolving the related issues and compensating for any losses that may occur. The company assumes no liability.

  5. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations and ensure that your sales activities do not involve illegal goods or actions. If any illegal activities are discovered, the company reserves the right to require you to immediately cease such activities.

  6. Safety: You are required to ensure that your booth and sales activities are safe to protect the safety of participants and customers. If necessary, you should provide necessary safety measures and first-aid measures.

  7. I agree that Finsta Corporation (or other related entities and individuals) shall only be liable for damage compensation within the scope of public accident insurance (compensation shall be carried out by the insurance company designated by the organizer, details can be found on the official website). Beyond this scope, I agree to exempt Finsta Corporation (or other related entities and individuals) from any liability for damages. For personal injuries or property losses caused by my own factors, I shall bear them myself and shall not seek compensation from Finsta Corporation (or other related entities and individuals).

  8. I consent to the organizer taking photographs or recordings during the event, and the materials captured may be used for promotional images and videos for future CosFANS 02 Interactive & Photo Exhibition, and may be published on print, online, television, or other media platforms.

  9. I and my employed assistants and booth co-operators are all over 18 years of age and understand that individuals under 18 years of age are not allowed to exhibit or engage in sales.
