請注意，這只是報名表單，填寫並不代表您已經確認參與了本活動。

創作者攤位可供以下使用：獨立製作者、原創創作者、同人創作者、社團。 

主辦方保留對本定義條款的當前和未來各種決策的最終決定權。

注意事項：本フォームは参加申し込みのみであり、参加が確定するわけではありません。

出展者：独立制作者、オリジナルクリエーター、同人誌クリエーター、コスプレイヤー、アニメサークル、Vtuber実況者。

主催者は、定義上の規定について現在および将来の決定権を留保します。

企業やスタジオの方は、出展申請を行うことはできません。企業向けの出展申請については、別途ご案内いたします。

Please note that this is a registration of interest and DOES NOT confirm your participation in the event. 

Cosplay Booths are available to the following entities: independent  artists, art circles, societies and school clubs. Companies or established Studios (LLP/PTE LTD etc) are invited instead to apply for commercial booths.

The Organiser retains all rights for final decisions for present and future definitions of the terms of this definition.

1.印刷作品

  • 漫畫/同人誌/漫畫：原創或粉絲創作的現有系列。

  • 畫冊：原創或同人向粉絲的現有系列。

  • 輕小說/文學：原創系列或同人小說。

  • 印刷品、明信片、貼紙等。

  • 現場藝術委託。

  • 亞克力飾品、亞克力立牌、搪瓷別針、金屬徽章等小飾品。

 

2.數位作品

  • 音樂：原創或翻唱表演的現有歌曲。

  • 遊戲：原創（禁止使用官方IP角色）。

  • 電影/動畫：原創或衍生/模仿。

 

3.各類商品、配件、服裝等

  • 襯衫、連帽衫和包。

  • 首飾和髮飾。

  • 毛絨玩具及其他毛絨製品。

 

創作者攤位所有者只能展示和銷售自己創作的物品/作品。

創作者攤位禁止出售或展示以下物品：

  1. 未經國家管理局許可的食品和飲料。

  2. 盜版，如非原創手辦、未經授權的自製商品等（本人創作作品除外）。

  3. 公開或冒犯性描述宗教、政治形象和/或露骨性場景的作品。創作者應自行判斷。主辦方保留確定作品是否違反審查標準的權利；若有違反，該作品將被禁止銷售，攤位將被取消，恕不退款。

  4. 未通過攤位錄取的創作者的寄售物品。

  5. 平行進口的原創動漫商品、二手動漫商品等。

  6. 如需販售4~5請移至代理/進口/周邊攤位報名。

  7. 使用官方IP角色的Fanmade遊戲。

  8. 使用Stable Diffusion、MidJourney等程序生成的AI藝術作品。

以下は、条件に合致する商品です（創作者が自ら発行・製作したものに限ります）。

すべての創作者は、最終製品リストに基づいて、作品を提出して内容を承認してもらう必要があります。

1.印刷作品

  • 漫画/同人誌/コミック：既存のシリーズのオリジナルまたはファンブック。

  • アートブック：既存のシリーズのオリジナルまたは同人向けファンブック。

  • ライトノベル/文学：オリジナルシリーズまたは同人小説。

  • 写真集

  • 印刷物、ポストカード、ステッカーなど

  • 現場芸術委託

  • アクリル装飾品、アクリルスタンド、エナメルピンズ、メタルバッジなどの小物

2.デジタル作品

  • 音楽：既存曲のオリジナルまたはカバー演奏。

  • ゲーム：オリジナル（公式IPキャラクターの使用は厳禁）

  • 映画/アニメーション：オリジナルまたは派生/模倣

  • 写真/写真集：オリジナルまたはコスプレ

3.様々な商品、アクセサリー、衣類など

  • シャツ、パーカー、バッグ

  • ジュエリーや髪飾り

  • ぬいぐるみやその他のぬいぐるみ

創作者ブースの所有者は、自ら創作した物品/作品のみを展示・販売することができます。

創作者ブースでは以下の物品を販売または展示することはできません：

  1. 国家管理局の許可を得ていない食品や飲料

  2. 盗作、例えばオリジナルでない手作りのフィギュアや他人の作品を使用した自作商品など（本人の創作作品は除く）

  3. 宗教、政治的イメージや露骨な性的シーンの公開または冒涜的な表現。展示者は自己裁量に基づいて作品を制作するべきです。主催者は審査基準に違反するかどうかを判断する権利を留保します。違反する場合、作品は即時に販売禁止となり、ブースは活動から退くことになり、返金はできません。

  4. 攤位審査及び採用を受けていない個人の委託販売品は販売できません。

  5. 並行輸入されたオリジナルのアニメグッズ、中古アニメグッズなどを展示または販売することはできません。

  6. 公式IPキャラクターを使用したFanmadeゲームは販売できません。

  7. Stable Diffusion、MidJourneyなどのプログラムを使用して生成されたAIアート作品は販売または展示できません。

Eligible Goods (Must be of the Creator's own creation)

All Creator are required to send in their artwork based on the FINAL PRODUCT LIST for content approval.

 

1. Printed Works
        - Manga/Doujinshi/Comic: Original or fanbook from existing series.
        - Artbook: Original or fanbook from existing series
        - Light Novel/Literature: Original series or fan fiction

        - Prints, Postcards, Stickers, and the like

        - On-the-spot Art Commissions

        - Small items like acrylic charms, acrylic standees, enamel pins, and metal badges 

2. Digital Works
        - Music: Original or cover performance from an existing song
        - Game: Original (usage of characters from official IPs is strictly prohibited)
        - Movie/Animation: Original or spin-off/parody

3. Various Merchandise, Accessories, Apparel, and the like

        - Shirts, hoodies, and bags

        - Jewelry and hair accessories

        - Plushies and other soft toys

 

Creators booth owners must NOT sell or display the following items:

 

1.   Food and beverage

2.   Bootlegs, e.g. figures that are not manufactured by the original maker, self-made merchandise using others’ artwork etc. (does not apply to the artwork of their own creation), etc. 

3.    With overt or offensive depictions of religion, political images and/or explicit scenes of sexual nature. Booth owners are to exercise their own discretion in creating their work. The Organiser reserves the right to determine whether any of the works are contrary to censorship standards, and if so that work will be deemed to be prohibited from sale immediately, and the Circle ejected from the event without refund. 

4.   Consigned items from individuals who did not pass the ballot process.

5.    Parallel-imported original anime merchandise, 2nd-hand anime merchandise, and the like. 

6.   Fanmade games that are using characters from official IPs.

7.   AI-generated art using programs such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and the like.

 創作者標準攤位組，價格為 新台幣2650元，其中包括以下內容：

- 2m x 2m 空間
- 基本展間（包含展板和隔板）
- 攤位招牌
- 1 張桌子（160 x 50 x 75 公分）
- 2 張椅子
- 2 個入場證

 

每個標準攤位僅允許一名創作者。 不允許共享攤位

（例如創作者 1 x 創作者 2， 創作者 1 &  創作者 2，創作者 1 + 創作者 2 等）。

- 4m x 2m 空間
- 基本展間（包含展板和隔板）
- 攤位招牌

One (1)  Creators Booth Package at TWD $2500, which includes the following:

 

- 2m x 2m (4SQM) Space

- Basic shell scheme

- Fascia name - 1 x Table (160 x 50 x 75 cm)

- 2 x Chairs

- 2 x Exhibitor Badges

For BOTH Options above (Creators Table and Creators Booth Package): strictly only One (1) Creator is permitted per booth.

NO BOOTH SHARING ALLOWED (ex. Creator 1 x Creator 2, Creator 1 & Creator 2, Creator 1 + Creator 2, etc.).

One (1)  Premium Creators Booth Package at  TWD $5400, which includes the following:  

- 4m x 2m (8SQM) Space

- Basic shell scheme

報名詳情：
請確保以下輸入的所有內容準確無誤。 如因內容不准確而無法與成功與我們建立聯繫，主辦方概不負責，名額將留給下一位成功的報名者。

如果您通過審查並且錄取，2023 ACE 的攤位小組將與您聯繫。 無錄取攤位則會另行通知並且退款。

報名截止日期為 2023 年 9 月 31 日 23:59（台灣時間）或更早，具體取決於主辦方的決定。

報名詳細：

以下の入力内容が正確であることを確認してください。内容が正確でない場合、主催者は責任を負わず、キャンセルとなり次の申込者に席が譲られます。

審査を通過し、2023年ACE出展の場合は、出展チームから連絡があります。受け取らなかった場合は、別途通知され、返金されます。

応募締め切りは、2023年9月31日23:59（台湾時間）まで、主催者の決定により前倒しする場合があります。

Registration Details

Please ensure all information entered below is accurate. The organizers are not responsible if contact with successful circles cannot be established due to inaccurate information, and the slot will be given to the next successful applicant.

If you have been short-listed via artwork review, you will be contacted by a representative of 2023 CSP for a follow-up.  We regret to inform you that only selected participants will be notified.

 

Registration closes on 31st Setp 2023 at 23:59 (TW Time) or earlier, subject to the organiser's discretion.

其他條款和條件
創作者攤位所有者同意：

1、保持活動場地的清潔，防止活動場地受到破壞。 凡因展位主原因造成的活動場地損壞，由展位主自行承擔。 損壞的一些示例可能包括將食物和飲料灑在地毯上，將油漆、噴漆、蠟或其他藝術材料滴在地毯上，以及地毯撕裂。

2. 展位所有者明確承諾，對於因展位所有者對展會場地造成的損害和/或損失提出的所有索賠、要求或訴訟，展位所有者將賠償主辦方。

3. 在分配的空間內出售他們的物品。 展位所有者對其財物負責。 主辦方將不對個人財產的任何損失負責。 還禁止所有攤位所有者兜售（即公開和積極招攬）他們的物品。

4. 展位業主必須在其展位進行人流管理。 他們必須確保他們的隊列在其展位區域內得到妥善規劃和管理。 如果需要，可以從組織者那裡額外付費租用排隊桿。

5. 2023 ACE 是一項適合家庭的活動。 展位所有者必須確保他們展示的作品適合所有年齡段的人。 如果銷售成人藝術品/商品，會將移至『成人區』。 如果這些物品違反台灣法律或審查標準，則不得出售任何藝術品/商品。

主辦方保留確定任何作品是否違反審查標準的權利，如果是，該作品將被視為立即禁止銷售，並且該攤位將退出活動，恕不退款。

6. 尊重其他展位所有者，不偷竊和/或損壞他們的物品，並確保他們遵守適當的行為禮儀。

7. 展位所有者必須佩戴當天合適的腕帶和通行證。 展位所有者必須明智地使用他們的通行證。 任何濫用通行證的行為都將受到重罰，並可能根據組織者的判斷將其列入未來活動的黑名單。

濫用通行證包括但不限於任何未經授權的轉讓或複制通行證。 任何未經授權的人持有的任何通行證將被立即沒收。

8.同意在2023ACE的網站和社交媒體賬戶上推廣他們的展位

その他の条件と条項 ブースオーナー（クリエイター）は以下に同意します：

  1. イベント会場の清潔さを保ち、損傷を防ぐ。ブースオーナーによってイベント会場に損傷が生じた場合、ブースオーナーが負担します。損傷の例としては、カーペットに食べ物や飲み物をこぼすこと、カーペットにペンキやスプレーペンキ、ワックス、その他の芸術材料を滴らせること、カーペットを破ることがあります。

  2. ブースオーナーは、ブースオーナーがイベント会場に損害および/または損失を引き起こすことによって生じるすべての請求、要求、または訴訟について、主催者に賠償することを明確に約束します。

  3. 割り当てられたスペース内で商品を販売する。ブースオーナーは自分の財産に対して責任を持ちます。主催者は個人の財産に対する損失について責任を負いません。また、すべてのブースオーナーが商品を押し売り（つまり、公然と積極的に勧誘）することを禁止します。

  4. ブースオーナーは、ブースでの人流管理を行う必要があります。彼らは、自分のブースエリア内で列が適切に計画され、管理されるようにする必要があります。必要に応じて、主催者から追加料金で列の柵を借りることができます。

  5. 2023 ACEは家族向けのイベントです。ブースオーナーは、展示されている作品がすべての年齢層に適していることを確認する必要があります。アダルトアート品/商品を販売する場合、それらは「アダルトエリア」に移動されます。これらの商品が台湾の法律や検閲基準に違反している場合、いかなるアート品/商品も販売してはいけません。

  6. 他のブースオーナーを尊重し、彼らのアイテムを盗んだり破損させたりせず、適切なマナーを守ることを確認してください。

  7. 展示ブースのオーナーは、当日適切なリストバンドおよびパスを着用する必要があります。ブースオーナーは、パスを賢明に使用する必要があります。パスの乱用は厳しく罰せられ、主催者の判断によって将来のイベントのブラックリストに載せられる可能性があります。

  8. パスの濫用には、許可されていない譲渡や複製を含むがこれに限定されません。許可されていない者が持っているパスは、すぐに没収されます。

  9. 2023 ACEのウェブサイトやソーシャルメディアアカウントで彼らのブースを宣伝することに同意します。

Other Terms and Conditions Booth owners (creators) agree to:

  1. Maintain the cleanliness of the event venue and prevent damage. Any damage to the event venue caused by the booth owner will be borne by the booth owner. Examples of damage may include spilling food and beverages on the carpet, dripping paint, spray paint, wax, or other art materials on the carpet, and tearing the carpet.

  2. The booth owner explicitly commits to indemnify the organizer for all claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from any damage and/or loss caused by the booth owner to the event venue.

  3. Sell their items within the allocated space. Booth owners are responsible for their property. The organizer will not be liable for any loss of personal property. All booth owners are also prohibited from hawking (i.e., publicly and aggressively soliciting) their items.

  4. Booth owners must manage the flow of people at their booth. They must ensure that their queues are properly planned and managed within their booth area. If needed, queue poles can be rented for an additional fee from the organizer.

  5. ACE 2023 is a family-friendly event. Booth owners must ensure that their displayed works are suitable for all ages. If selling adult art items/merchandise, they will be moved to the "Adult Area." No artwork/merchandise may be sold if it violates Taiwanese laws or censorship standards.

The organizer reserves the right to determine whether any work violates censorship standards, and if so, the work will be deemed immediately prohibited from sale, and the booth will be withdrawn from the event with no refund.

  1. Respect other booth owners, not steal and/or damage their items, and ensure they follow appropriate behavior etiquette.

  2. Booth owners must wear appropriate wristbands and passes for the day. Booth owners must use their passes wisely. Any misuse of passes will be heavily penalized and may be blacklisted from future events at the organizer's discretion.

Misuse of passes includes but is not limited to any unauthorized transfer or duplication of passes. Any passes held by unauthorized persons will be immediately confiscated.

  1. Agree to promote their booth on ACE 2023's website and social media accounts.
